Le Marais

A prime Paris vacation destination, Le Marais is an historic district in Paris easily accessible from the Saint-Paul metro off of Rues de Rivoli.  Often referred to as Old Paris, Le Marais exudes old-world charm and modern-day functionality in the city’s core. Long the aristocratic district of Paris, it hosts many outstanding buildings of historic and architectural importance. Place des Voges

The Place des Vosges is the oldest planned square in Paris and one of the finest in the city. It is located in the Marais district, and it straddles the dividing-line between the 3rd and 4th arrondissements of Paris.
